No Open Bankruptcies
Accounts in good standing
No evictions or judgements in the last 7 years
Pet restrictions (number, breed, size)
Renting a Home Vs Renting an Apartment
A security deposit equal to at least one month rent due at the time of application
Application Fee: for each person over the age of 18, this fee varies
Pet deposit(s): depending on the number of pets you have, if applicable
Pet rent: to be added to your month rent in some cases
I will be able to help you calculate a more accurate number but expect an upfront cost of about $2000-$3000 if you need an immediate move in. You should also be prepared to provide Utility Transfer Account Numbers and Renters Insurance information before receiving the keys.
