About Denise

Denise is a seasoned REALTOR® with more than 25 years of real estate know-how and a personality as big as Texas. Born and raised in Austin, she’s seen the city grow from its laid-back, small-town roots into one of the most sought-after places to live—and she’s loved every minute of it.

Her real estate journey started behind the scenes as a paralegal in a real estate law office, then moved through the worlds of mortgage lending and title insurance before she found her true calling: helping people find their place in the world. Since earning her license in 2008 and going full-time in 2013, Denise has built her business on trust, communication, and good old-fashioned hard work—with a dash of humor and heart thrown in for good measure.

Whether she’s helping first-time buyers, seasoned sellers, or anyone in between, Denise’s clients know they’re in capable hands. She’s a strong believer that real estate isn’t just about houses—it’s about people, dreams, and building community.

When she’s not showing homes or negotiating contracts, you’ll find Denise volunteering at Operation Liberty Hill’s Food Pantry, spending time with her family, traveling, or cooking up something delicious at home. She’s also happily outnumbered by her two dogs, Alvin, and Brittney and crazy cat, Bernie—who keep life entertaining and full of love.
