Hi, I’m Lacy Brejcha, and I am proud to call Waco my home. My journey in real estate began in 2002 when my husband and I started our entrepreneurial ventures, focusing on the local real estate market. We've since become deeply ingrained in the industry, gaining invaluable experience in buying, selling, and managing properties of all types right here in our beloved community.
With over two decades of firsthand experience, I've honed my skills to understand the intricacies of real estate transactions, whether it's finding the perfect investment property or helping families transition into their dream home. Before moving to a full-time real estate career, I spent 17 rewarding years as an elementary school teacher. Education has always been a passion of mine, and I even had the opportunity to share my knowledge by publishing a book titled Makerspaces in School. Although my career path has evolved, my dedication to learning and growth remains unwavering.
Community involvement is not just a duty for me; it's a source of immense joy and fulfillment. I'm actively engaged in organizations such as the Waco Advocacy Center, the Bosqueville Excellence in Education Foundation, and the Bosqueville ISD FFA Booster Club. This active participation in my community is a testament to my commitment to the people and places I serve.
Family is the cornerstone of my life. My husband Jim and I have been happily married for 22 years, and we're blessed with two wonderful daughters. We're actively engaged in our church community at Journey Christian Community, and we cherish the time we spend together, whether it's supporting our daughters in their extracurricular activities or embarking on family adventures.
In my free time, I indulge in my love for reading, tackle home improvement projects, and explore new destinations through travel. I also have a keen eye for interior design trends and home staging tips, which I'm always eager to share with my clients. These diverse interests and skills allow me to bring a unique perspective to the real estate process, ensuring your experience is both enjoyable and successful.
